Communication with my point of contacts was exceptional.

My experience with Zillow was excellent. The original house prep was 19,850.00. On the final walkthrough the representative stated that was high and at closing I received 6,000 back from the prep charge. I knew the prep was high but was locked into the other house and had to accept to make the deal work. When representative lowered the prep I knew I was dealing with a legit outfit. I have sold and bought many houses in my life and this was the easiest and stress free. I will use this service if I sell again and will highly recommend to other perspective sellers. I have one recommendation, really reiterate that sellers can leave things they don't want in the house. I spent 400 dollars for a junk man. Not your fault, I just thought with the stuff I had hauled away would be too much and Zillow would charge me. I found out later that was not the case. I was told to just leave the house without doing anything but I was not sure about the stuff. I should have confirmed that policy. Thank you very much, Phil

The process really was as fast and convenient as they promised. I'm still a little stunned. I do feel like the initial offer was weaker than it should have been, and based on the property resale, very little of the contingency complaints were actually addressed.
